Sunita has 20 years of corporate experience working in senior HR, professional development and leadership roles. As well as delivering in-house roles at law firms Herbert Smith Freehills, Slaughter and May and Addleshaw Goddard, Sunita is a Certified Executive Coach, Inclusion Consultant and workshop facilitator.

She enjoys sharing practical know-how through her workshops, talks and webinars. Through her bespoke coaching programmes, Sunita is known for equipping individuals with confidence and tools so they can make an impact regardless of their role, seniority or background.

Her expertise has been featured on the BBC and in Psychologies and People Management magazines. Sunita is proud to be a trained Mental Health First Aider (Mental Health Foundation).

In January 2023, Sunita was selected as a Finalist for the Women and Diversity in Law Awards for Supplier of the Year and Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year.

Carolyn is an established diversity and inclusion specialist with extensive experience spanning over 17 years, adapting between the private and public sector at both operational and strategic level.

Previously Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at LSE, one of the foremost universities in the world, she led the delivery of the EDI strategy across multiple strands. Carolyn has also worked with some of the largest and renowned hospitality, travel and leisure brands in the UK and globally.

Carolyn’s areas of expertise include strategy design, stakeholder engagement and conducting employee lifecycle audits. She is passionate about weaving inclusive practices into workplace cultures.

With a career history in retail for over 20 years, Liz has worked with Caffe Nero, Monsoon Accessorize, Jigsaw, Gap and Diesel. As an in-house talent acquisition specialist, Liz has built resourcing functions known for their collaborative stakeholder relationships and positive candidate experience.

Liz is an accredited coach, having studied under the ILM Level 7 programme and a member of the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC). To compliment both her coaching and mentoring expertise Liz is a qualified Mental Health First Aider (Mental Health Foundation).

She delivers career mentoring services to individuals needing accessible and quality career expertise. Since 2018, Liz is proud to have volunteered with Smart Works, a charity for women supporting clients be the best version of themselves at interview and secure future career opportunities. As a volunteer, Liz delivers interview coaching as well as career coaching within London as well as supporting the Smart Works team in open up new centres in London and Leeds.
