Sunita has 20 years of corporate experience working in senior HR, professional development and leadership roles. As well as delivering in-house roles at law firms Herbert Smith Freehills, Slaughter and May and Addleshaw Goddard, Sunita is a Certified Executive Coach, Inclusion Consultant and Workshop Facilitator.
She enjoys sharing practical know-how through her workshops, talks and webinars. Through her bespoke coaching programmes, Sunita is known for equipping individuals with confidence and tools so they can make an impact regardless of their role, seniority or background.

Carolyn Solomon-Pryce Associate

Carolyn is an established diversity and inclusion specialist with extensive experience spanning over 17 years, adapting between the private and public sector at both operational and strategic level.
Previously Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at LSE, one of the foremost universities in the world, she led the delivery of the EDI strategy across multiple strands. Carolyn has also worked with some of the largest and renowned hospitality, travel and leisure brands in the UK and globally.
Carolyn’s areas of expertise include strategy design, stakeholder engagement and conducting employee lifecycle audits. She is passionate about weaving inclusive practices into workplace cultures.
Carolyn and Sunita have worked together when deliver programmes for leading law firms and chambers. They have known each other for 10 years.
Shalini Sequeira

Shalini is an experienced facilitator, consultant and accredited executive coach. In her previous L&D leadership role, Shalini delivered learning and development programmes for lawyers at Addleshaw Goddard before becoming an independent leadership consultant and an executive coach.
She has over 25 years of experience as a finance lawyer working in-house at Norton Rose and Shearman & Sterling followed by her in-house counsel role at Argus Media Limited and as a leader in global professional services firms, global businesses, social enterprise and the public sector.
Shalini is proud to be a Non-Executive Director of an NHS Foundation Trust.
She has experience of delivering professional development programmes for magic circle law firms, pharmaceutical, banking and financial services companies.
Shalini and Sunita first worked together in 2005.
Rebecca Ford Johnson

As a coach, Rebecca also brings 14 years of experience working as a transactional lawyer, including 5 years as a Partner at Baker McKenzie.
She has been an accredited coach for over 12 years working with individuals at all career levels in legal and professional services, delivering one-to-one and group coaching sessions for a range of clients and sectors.
Rebecca facilitates coaching programmes for those wishing to progress in their careers; she also provides resilience and wellbeing coaching, as well as coaching for working parents and carers looking to manage work and family life.
Rebecca and Sunita first worked together in 2013.
